Eligibility Criteria
Nationality:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee settled in India before 01 Jan 1962, or
- A person of Indian origin migrated from select countries with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025):
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen categories.
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time 2-year degree in MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM from a Govt-recognized university/institution.
- Desirable: Certifications in NISM/IRDAI/NCFM/AMFI
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a Managerial/Officer role in Wealth Management in Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Securities Firms, or AMC.
Job Profile – What Will You Do?
As a Wealth Manager at Union Bank, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling HNI clients for end-to-end banking needs
- Cross-selling investment & insurance products
- Performing risk profiling and financial planning
- Managing TRV (Total Relationship Value) & AUM (Assets Under Management)
- Ensuring documentation and timely execution
- Conducting portfolio reviews and awareness sessions
Salary & Benefits

Selection Process
The selection will be based on:
- Online Examination (if conducted):
- Part I: Aptitude (75 Marks)
- Part II: Professional Knowledge (150 Marks)
- Total: 225 Marks | Duration: 2.5 hours
- Group Discussion (GD) – 50 Marks
- Personal Interview (PI) – 50 Marks
Final selection will be based on merit list depending on whether only Interview, GD+Interview, or Online Exam+GD+Interview is conducted.
