KMAT 2025 Official Notification
The Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) 2025 is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA). It is for candidates seeking admission into MBA, PGDM, and MCA programs across 189+ AICTE-approved and university-affiliated colleges in Karnataka.
Designed for graduates and final-year students from any Indian state, KMAT 2025 will be conducted as a remote-proctored internet-based test (IBT). It allows candidates to appear for the exam from home. With no domicile restrictions and moderate difficulty level, KMAT is a popular choice for postgraduate aspirants.

Eligibility Criteria for KMAT 2025
For MBA / PGDM
- A Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in any discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum marks: 50% aggregate (General), 45% aggregate (SC/ST)
- Final-year graduation students are eligible
For MCA
- A Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level
- Same marks criteria as above
- Final-year students can apply
No age limit applies. Candidates from all Indian states can appear for KMAT 2025.
Application Process – Step-by-Step Guide
- Visit the official website and register using a valid email and mobile number
- Fill the application form with personal, academic, and communication details
- Upload documents (photo, signature) in prescribed format
- Pay the application fee of ₹850 via net banking, card, or UPI
- Submit the form and download acknowledgment receipt
